Amor Fati is operated by Amor Fati Undertøy AS, registered in Norway, organisation number

933825426. email: contact@amorfati-underwear.com.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you

are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of

delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear that has

been worn or washed. To initiate a return, please contact us at

contact@amorfati-underwear.com.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase

within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable

consumer protection law. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for

return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.

5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a

description and photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Liability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, and sizing are accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in

person. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our products.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to privacy page].

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be subject to the

jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
